Turnaround time

In stock items ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Handmade to order items take 7-10 business days to complete prior to shipping.

Shipping methods

All packages are fully insured against loss or damage.

Within Canada: shipment is via Canada Post Expedited, which has a 2-5 business day deliver standard.

To the US: shipment via Canada Post Small Packet Air, which has a 4-10 business day delivery standard.

US customers please note that unexpected delays occasionally occur at US customs, and if you require your parcel by a particular date, I recommend upgrading shipping to UPS. Please contact me if you would like a quote for an alternative shipping method.

Other countries: I ship outside of Canada and the US. Please contact me for a shipping quote.

Returns + exchanges
