teal cord with late 19th C silver beads

A longer necklace that combines a rich teal felted cord and late 19th century silver beads.

The cord is hand felted merino wool. The beads are hand tooled and absolutely exquisite, an alloy that is mostly silver with a mix of other metals. The silver has acquired a wonderful patina, and some of the necklaces will have brighter or darker beads.

The necklaces are designed + made in small batches, by hand, in Vancouver, BC. Objects of beauty + intrigue, they are meant to be worn with the wool against your neck, and can be hung symmetrically or asymmetrically.
